I promised you I would use my system to predict how the Broncos would do in the last nine games of their regular season during this season (below). I got all six of their first eight games predicted right but didn’t foresee their last two of their first eight games as wins, not losses. So I got six out of eight right, based on their horrible team record last season of 5 wins, 12 losses.

This season, the Broncos had three wins and five losses in their first eight games.

Here are my predictions for their last nine games, based on all NFL teams’ first eight games’ overall record:

9th game. Loss to Buffalo. Buffalo 5/3 [five wins, three losses].

10th game. Loss to Minnesota. Minnesota 4/4.

11th game. Loss to Cleveland. Cleveland 5/3

12th game. Loss to Houston 4/4

13th game. Loss to Los Angeles 4/4.

14th game. Loss to Detroit 6/2.

15h game. Win over New England 2/6.

16th game. Loss over Los Angeles 4/4.

17th game. Loss to Las Vegas 3/5.

Notice that only three of the nine-matchups above had a record of more wins than losses in their first eight games this year. Thus, the Broncos have a remarkably easy schedule for their remaining nine games this regular…
