All Publicity is Good Publicity? Not!

We’re all waiting to see what the (I hear) 32 or more charges from Manhattan D.A. Bragg will be, to be announced a few minutes from now, but at least two or a few will be serious felonies reaping a formidable sentence (mandatory sentence guidelines) from a conviction. Bragg doesn’t prosecute a case unless he’s sure the facts will lead to an open-and-shut, and speedy, conviction and sentence. He’ll tip his hand on Tuesday (4/4/2023) — today — but will show the rest of it in court. The RICO Act, for instance, may be involved regarding the recently-convicted-of- tax-fraud NYC Trump Organization, of its being a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act business in its handling of paperwork, intimidation of prosecutors and witnesses, and the danger it poses, from its lawless tone, to the general public and to the republic for which we stand.
I am further positing that all three major felonious cases against Trump (Manhattan; DOJ; Georgia) will be concluded by, or in, October 2023, resulting in a total of some 10 years in prison-terms from those jurisdictions. That month will conclude Trump’s career in politics, public acclaim, and success in business. He’ll be washed up, toast. He’d be 87 years old when he got out. Prison would begin in December — but if he’s smart (he isn’t), he’ll seek political asylum somewhere or flee somewhere where he can “buy” asylum. I do not believe he will set foot in prison. He’s too proud and scared for that. In fact, he’s a germaphobe. Can you see him cleaning toilets as his assigned prison job, or getting a prison tattoo? Being in a jail and using a fingerprint pad today is just about his limit! His party will have to find another candidate, one who will lose, thanks to Trump’s constant condemnations.
I further think each prosecution entity will put Trump on a gag order, precluding Trump from talking about the cases and attacking the process and its people. The first gag order, this one from Bragg, may occur within two days after today, today being indictment day. The penalty for violating a gag order can include jail time. Can you imagine Trump muzzled, or not violating gag orders on a regular basis, not attacking parties involved in a case, and not talking about a case when he’s holding a rally?
It is possible Trump will be found innocent in the Bragg case, or only guilty of misdemeanors, those convictions not jailable, but I doubt it. As for the two-pronged DOJ case headed by Jack Smith (classified document carelessness; inciting 1/6/2021) and the Georgia election tampering, there will certainly be felonies and jail time for Trump from both! Trump is hoping he can get off in Manhattan, and no jail time in the other two cases, or very little jail time. However, Trump has acted as an enemy of the USA and must pay.
Watch October.
Well, there you have it.
Love,
Gene.
