A form of censorship on Twitter and Facebook is taking place. I couldn’t get two relatively innocuous page-long posts to go in. On Twitter it would say, like, “There is some kind of error going on. Try again in a minute.” No dice.

On Facebook, the two posts wouldn’t go in on my author’s page but went in on other accounts where I post.

I discovered the reason for what seemed like censorship is that at the end of each of those posts I had mentioned my blog on medium.com, and both companies than added a visual link to it, but apparently neither site wanted to see a visual “ad” (link) for a competitor. If I just used the words medium.com, please go there to my site, I was okay, but when either site chose to add the medium.com link visual below my words, the whole blog wouldn’t go it.

Yeah, it was those dumbots (dumb bots) and algorithms they use to control content. Why hire humans when computers can do your every broad bidding without reference to customer service, communication, or appropriate minimal censorship?

Facebook is coming up with its own version, and name for, a Twitter-like social media platform. This riled sophomoric Elon Musk up sufficient to challenge Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg to a slugfest in a major world stage fighting arena, spectators paying top dollar to root for their favorite of those two pencil-necked geeks (actually, they’re both in good shape)! Yeah, both of those clowns should bite each other’s ear off! Then they wouldn’t be able to hear insults, or “hear” about competition!

“Love,”

Gene.
