The Supreme Court of NY and NY County, in 13 pages and 43 sections, outlines the circumstances behind the 34 felony charges against Trump in the Stormy Daniels hush money case.

It’s not an easy document to read but it says that Trump, via Michael Cohen, made a $130,000 hush money payment to Stormy Daniels out of his own pocket shortly before the 2016 election. He was reimbursed later by Trump.

A former doorman at Trump Tower was paid $30,000 to not talk about an illegitimate child Trump had fathered from a staff member in the hotel. This is maybe or likely a fake story that would have appeared just before the election.

Former Playboy model Karen McDougall was paid $150,000 hush money by American Media, Inc. (AMI) about her 10-month affair with Trump while Milania was pregnant. AMI published the National Enquirer and other tabloids. Its editor-in-chief then, David Pecker — that’s his lascivious birth name — emulated Trump and made the payment. Was he ever reimbursed by Trump? Trump was Pecker’s hero. The McDougall story would have been published just before the election.

All of the above were “catch and kill” financial blackmail payments to McDougall, Daniels, and the doorman to suppress their negative stories from being published in the…
