Doubting Thomas. My Intuitions/Thoughts.

Will Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas be sanctioned in any significant, and penalizing, way for appearing to have his votes up for sale, quid pro quo? My answer: the high court will enact ethics standards on itself comparable to what other federal courts have. Watch Clarence Thomas’s continued condemnation from all liberal entities for his apparent lack of unbiased jurisprudence, when he should recuse himself in matters of personal enrichment that appear to sway his votes and opinions. He has singlehandedly brought ignominy upon the high court. We would expect no less from a liberal justice who takes advantage of his station for the appearance of personal gain.

What surprises me is that Mr. Tax Man hasn’t gone after Clarence Thomas for not paying tax on gifts and presents above his own income, nor did even reveal them — but then was caught red-handed.
