Well, today my Security, CO (Colorado Springs) hit 106F! That’s the highest temp I remember in my life except when I lived in Tempe, AZ, 1960–1961, and the temp hit 110 ten days in all in the summer of 1960, one of them 114. My town’s elevation is 5,450 feet and the latitude is 39. If Security were at sea level, it temp today would have been 123F!

I don’t believe in global warming, and CO2 is hardly a factor. The solution; plant more trees! Trees absorb carbon dioxide (which is one two-hundred-fiftieth (.04) of our atmosphere). But man-made pollution: an issue big time! Climate runs in cycles. Sometimes, like Lance Armstrong, it seems to run on steroids but . . . the next thing you know, a cold snap, planetwide, occurs, when our sun is almost devoid of sunspots for months and years at a time.\\

The weather has been sensationalized by pseudo-scientist politicians, “useful idiots.”
