As of late Friday, early Saturday, I’m waiting to see if house speaker Mike Johnson presents all four spending bills to the Republicans and Democrats for passage on Friday and Saturday (today). IF he does so, he will be totally countermanding Trump’s wishes, and that means he appears to want to break Trump’s iron grip on the Republican Party and, particularly, on the house.

All four bills will pass IF they have Johnson’s full blessing or house Republicans’ permission from him to “vote their conscience” (vote for America). If all the Republicans vote against the four bills, none of them will pass.

Furthermore, if the Republicans’ Freedom Caucus tries to dump Johnson (vacate his position by vote), the Democrats will vote for his retention. At last, the Republicans have a chance to be Americans and Republicans, not Trumplicsns. For many Republicans, after today Johnson is a de facto Democrat, not even a Republican in name only (RINO) but an outright traitor — to Trump!

Therefore, I’m waiting to see what Johnson will do next. He’s voicing a good game now. Let’s see what he does today. Below, I will intuitively take the pulse of what’s going on.
