“I Shat the law, and the law won.” Trump’s Troubles — And My Big, Big Psychic/Intuitive Prediction about “h”im.

Evaluate the intentions of Biden’s Attorney General of the Department of Justice (DOJ), Merrick Garland, in the speed, appropriateness, and outcome of the A.G.’s case, and his Special Master’s case (named Jack Smith), against Donald J. Trump regarding Trump’s mishandling, etc., of classified documents and his inciting of sedition. My comment: The DOJ’s case will be the most high-profile and important of the numerous cases being brought against Trump from NY, GA, Washington, D.C., etc. Here are my intuitive findings:
“Donald is going to jail. The case against him is being meticulously assembled by the DOJ as not a political case but as the indictment of a lawbreaker, and scofflaw-lawbreaker, his offences consisting of grievous offenses against America and its national security.”
What is the probable timeline and event line of DOJ prosecution?:
“Garland wants justice served as soon as his people — notably Jack Smith — can construct an airtight case against Trump. Innocent until proven guilty is not much of a reach here. “This case will probably go to a grand jury, followed by a jury trial regarding two broad areas of infractions.”
When will the jury trial itself start?:
“August 2023.” Number of charges to be examined by the jury?: “Two. (1) Mishandling classified materials; (2) inciting an insurrection (sedition).” Guilty of how many?” “Two.”
Jail sentence?: “Two years.” When does Trump enter the slammer?: “December of 2023, after all appeals. This doesn’t sound like a long time, but it takes Trump out of circulation for a while — clear to or through the General Election in 2024.”

Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal lawyer, knows, and has written about [in his book, Revenge] much about this case and how exactly NY dropped the ball. The grand jury in that case against Trump will probably soon conclude its inquiry, and no indictments will be filed on Trump. My view: “That case goes away empty.”
The State of Georgia is assembling evidence of election interference by Trump and his associates in the 2020 General Election. A grand jury has convened there since May and its deliberations could take one year. On the basis of the grand jury’s findings, Georgia’s Fulton County D.A. may bring indictments against Trump, and on several of his minions, of racketeering [Rico] charges, election interference charges, etc. My intuitive view: “None of them go to jail over it, but still suffer considerable expense, time, and professional embarrassment — a whip to prevent such occurrences in the future in GA and elsewhere. If there are convictions resulting from this investigation, the penalty could be high: five years in prison, etc.”

There are nine different investigations going on. The above website shows it as captioned pictures all around Trump of the nine plaintiffs, Trump’s picture in the middle. I’ll only comment on all of those cases at one time in terms of their final, collective outcome. As follows: “Each failure [of Trump] has a consequence. They undermine his credibility. What he says and what he does are two different things. Goes to jail!” For how long, total?: “Five years in all. Garland’s case starts the ball rolling.

After I wrote the above, I also got the following: “D.C. case [against Trump of sedition] is critical. Trump convicted in D.C. of inciting insurrection (sedition against the United States) brings a heavy penalty, perhaps even including disbarment from every holding elective office in the USA again. Even the threat of same is enough to marginalize Trump beyond electability.”
