Jack Smith, of all American trial attorneys, has been busy, and I think it’s rather personal. He has Donald Trump in his sights He wants Trump convicted in a big way, jailed in a big way — and out of our hair! He doesn’t appreciate Donald Trump — what thinking person does?
THE case: seditious conspiracy! United States House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol set the stage, gathered the facts, assembled the numerous threads of the conspiracy. They put the brilliant Denver Riggleman’s I.T. skills on the case. A federal grand jury is closing in on Donald Trump as the architect and wannabe benefiter of the 1/6/2021 insurrection against the United States.
Here’s my take, by intuition;
Will Jack Smith be able to obtain sedition charges/convictions against Donald Trump: “Yes. Easily!”
The total penalty for his associated charges?: “20 years in the slammer!”
Anything else?: “Jack Smith is the pit bull that won’t let go! Federal violations, federal charges, federal government itself protected from the likes of Trump.”
If all the cases against Trump reached the courts, and conviction, what would Donald Trump’s total jail time be (some have said 100 years): “45 years.”
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, and I’ve received it intuitively 100 times: “Something happens to Trump, in September or October. Use your imagination. I think we all will see his death on television at that time.
“But the world will go on. The stock markets, the gold markets, will be shook up for some time. There will be significant civil unrest . . . but by December, the USA will gird itself and go forward.”
