The layoffs and shutdowns should be based on merit, the alphabet agencies, their individual employees, and the good part of each mission preserved — its regulations, laws, and remedies — when objective, necessary, and even imperative diligence is preserved. You know why Trump doesn’t like the justice dept., because NY went after him for bilking them of maybe hundreds of millions of dollars in all. He has personal, not objective, beefs with immigration, the military, and who knows who all and what all! Scattershot doesn’t kill many birds. Trump needs to skeet alone with his muzzle-loaded and evil blunderbuss.

The entire White House and congressional security team should quit all at once in protest because of what was done to them, and against them, by Trump summoning a coups d’etat to stay in office two weeks later. By the way, read Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s bio on Wikipedia. What a leaze, a very low soul in estate with an abysmal biography. His second wife committed suicide. He hung out doing crime in private schools and college, lots of heavy drug use, in a gang of spoiled-brat kids in charge of the henhouse because of their legacy of wealth and parentage. He delighted in being a scofflaw and in an anything goes lifestyle and behavior. With Trump, the Supermax inmates are in charge of the asylum, Trump being the worst of them.

Trump has mounted many needed reforms, but they are systemically slipshod, not measured, or refined, are hastened, and some not even necessary. Merit, merit…
