Someone I know has always called him a “Looney Tunes,” Urban Dictionary says a looney tunes person is sick, dangerous, weird, psychotic, silly, demented, batty, bonkers . . . and I’ll add “Disneyesque,” rather than one to be taken seriously.

Trump is a magnetic, charismatic, “character” and an entertainer, but he is neither political nor a good businessman. Mostly, he’s a promoter and a schemer, shrewd and psychopathic. When he is in public or pumping out his venom in the social media, he is merely producing drama, T.V. — The Apprentice — in order to get you, and him, excited . . . and you’ll even donate to an alleged billionaire?! Drama makes him feel alive, so he finds people’s prejudices and milks them. In short, he is a caricature of a genuine, good, person, or a constructive one. Rather, he is a Looney Tunes. The Disney Looney Tunes characters were loveable, harmless, charming, and entirely fictional. The Looney Tunes character named Donald Trump is hateful, harmful, charming, and entirely fictional. What you see is not what you get. Trump is almost clueless as a human soul, and almost entirely venal.
