WHEN will both houses of Congress extend the debt limit without unworkable stipulations, rather than the nation go into default?: Think late July/early August!!! Will Biden have to use the 14th amendment to spend money beyond the 31.4T January limit, pretend we haven’t defaulted?: Yes!
Our 535-member Congress consists mostly of clueless wooses. To balance the budget/reduce national debt: (1) go back to the tax rates before Trump’s enormous tax cuts; (2) shorten the tax code, eliminate loopholes; (3) raise capital gains to 20%; and (4) charge a transaction tax on all stock trades.
