Later note. Rudy Giuliani is officially broke, has many debts. He even owes the U.S. government for taxes. I hear he has a podcast. Revenue from it could go to Moss and Freeman. Giuliani will bankrupt most of his debts but those to the government and the 148-million-dollar case. In the meantime, he’s doubling down on his absurd stolen election claims and claims against Moss and Freeman — whose lawyers will do their best to force Giuliani to liquidate, the lawyers then being in line for their one-third or so of any disbursements.
How much Giuliani money will channel through the courts and get back to Freeman/Moss and their lawyers?
Less than one million dollars. Think 300,000 dollars, $200,000 going to Moss/Freeman before taxes. That’s 1/473rd of one percent of the judgment.
Does Giuliani have other money hidden away that the courts don’t know about and can’t get at?
No. They will pretty much clean him out
Will he be convicted and sentenced in the RICO Georgia election interference case?
Yes.
And his sentence will be . . . ?
