Cayce’s information (his “readings”) came to him when he was in a hypnotic trance and was asked questions. He spoke on some 10,000 different subjects. This was not mediumship. Cayce and Nostradamus are the most skilled and famous of all recorded history’s clairvoyants.

· When mankind stops eating animals, about that time mankind will stop making war.

· Mankind will eventually stop eating grains. (Most grains are acidic, and wheat, barley, rye, oats, and buckwheat, as glutens) contain allergens that are particularly problematic, including them being in additives in food!)

· Eating the yolk only, not the white, of eggs, very soft-cooked (put yolks for only three minutes in boiling water you just took off the burner), is not “dangerous.” Other forms of eggs and egg-cooking are dangerous. (It is the over-cooking of eggs’ yolk that renders their cholesterol dangerous. Don’t eat the white of eggs at all.)

· We should eat a least three vegetables that grow above the ground and are not of the pod variety for every one that is from below the ground or comes in a pod.

· The only healthy potatoes are the small, “new,” skin-portion-only of red potatoes. As for their inner portion, and all other potatoes in their entirety, “Throw it away, or give it to the hogs, but don’t eat it!”
