Fulton County D.A., Fani Willis, is now in court herself, before a judge, as the accused in an evidentiary hearing. If found guilty, she and her whole RICO-case department could be taken off her RICO case involving Trump and 14 other defendants engaged in election tampering in GA. Another prosecutor could be appointed — or not.
I’ll go at this intuitively. Usually, my first impressions are the most solid and, eventually, verifiable. Here goes:
Will Ms. Willis be found guilty?
No.
What year did her affair with Mr. Wade start?
2022, after she hired him in November of 2021 and became colleagues or acquaintances.
Did it start in force before she hired him as a special prosecutor?
No.
Was Mr. Lane divorced primarily because of his infidelities, a long and nasty divorce case, 19-year marriage?
Yes.
Were Lane and Willis having sex before his divorce case concluded, as he attested?
Yes.
He and she split dating costs down the middle, her in cash?
