So very many people died of COVID-19, the numbers lowered Americans’ longevity, reversed the yearly trend of people living longer and longer. COVID-19 is one deadly disease, and it is not the only one that can kill you! There’s the seasonal flu, pneumonia, and RSV. There are the new COVID-19 (2019) variants. If you miss taking a vaccine against a deadly disease, it could kill you.

Here’s how a vaccine works. A dead form of a disease is injected into your body. The vaccine DOES NOT kill the disease. You do! The vaccine tells your own body to look for that disease. If it encounters it, your body has been told to take care of it, your own immune system. If you have a weak immune system, and if you have diseases that have weakened you and/or…
