What is Trump Thinking, Skipping Debates? By Gene W. Edwards. Posted 9/21/2023.
Yeah, I know, you’re tired of hearing about Trump — but — as you probably know, he skipped the first Republican debate . . . and may skip the next one — ad infinitum. Why? Allow me to intuitively look at his psyche. This is what I get:
Afraid of being attacked. Why treat opposition seriously? Trump gets traction from stepping aside and watching his opponents tear one another to shreds! At the same time, they are afraid to take on Trump. Thus, Trump solidifies his gains. It’s his eight main opponents against eight vs. one for one.
What is Trump’s agenda?:
Self, self, and self. Trump delights in defanging opposition (he can’t defang newswoman Katie Fang; she is a Fang). Vanity (ego) sells. Watch Trump lose his party’s nomination as the courts catch up with him. Trump is having trouble sleeping at night. He sees his happiness fading . . . as a prisoner.
Anything else?:
Donald Trump’s death is coming up. This is going to come out of nowhere. Nearer year end. This year. Watch Trump come apart. Understand that he himself is his worst enemy. Study how the universe works. That which is issued must be met. Trump is nearly an abject failure after having a brilliant business career, particularly as a celebrity. Study why he avoids confrontations that he knows he cannot win (attack by Chris Christie, for instance).
Trump will fail. It is written. In autumn (which is now). October. On TV. Sound familiar?
Washington at a loss, doesn’t know what to do. Nation grief stricken. Love him or hate him, he was our president.
