Regarding D.A. Fani Willis’s 19 defendants in Georgia’s election interference case, all of them have to check in by noon today, Friday, 8/25/2023. Ken Chesebro from cheesy Wisconsin (I call him Ken Cheeseburger) was the first to check in — did so yesterday — wanting the quickest scheduled trial. Willis complied, Chesebro’s trial will commence on October 23, 2023, a mere 59 days from today. Chesebro is no dummy. He studied at Harvard under beyond-famous legal eagle U.S. Constitution scholar (and now Trump critic) Laurence Tribe.

Pundits have noted that the quicker you check-in, before trial, the more leniency or latitude you may have. You can get a plea deal by ratting out any within the subsequent queue of defendants postponing their fingerprinting, mug shot, and arrest. Beat them to the punch. One may assume Cheeseburger will crow like The Chanticleer, hoping he can avoid being jailed!
